Company History
Founded in 1999, privately-held IASIS Healthcare is committed to building community-focused hospital networks in high-growth markets. The company was formed through a series of transactions that were arranged by the IASIS management team and JLL, a New York based firm whose private equity fund is the single largest stockholder in IASIS.
