Founded January 2000, Residential Psychiatric Services provides counseling to clients experiencing a broad range of diagnoses such as persistent mental illness, developmental disabilities, head injuries or co-occurring psychiatric issues with medical problems or psychiatric with substance abuse.
Company History
RPS has continued to expand and has grown steadily in 15 years to now having a service area of 24 Missouri Counties. There are currently 22 LCSWs with the company owned and managed by two MSW, LCSWs. RPS has earned a solid reputation of integrity and compassion and we continue to strive to meet our Mission of providing services to rural and under-served populations and locations.
Benefits
RPS provides clients and does all marketing. Therapists working with RPS will gain education into Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance billing guidelines and policy. RPS provides a Clinical Support Team who daily provides all things necessary to free up the Clinician to provide direct services. These services include: Credentialing with all reimbursement sources, maintenance of therapist's CAQH account, as well as all Client Eligibility confirmation, Billing and unpaid claims research. Payments to therapists include complete listings of claims billed and paid thus offering a highly transparent and open accounting.
