RADIAS Health (formerly South Metro Human Services) is a non-profit agency serving adults with mental illness and/or substance use in the Twin Cities metro area. We offer many opportunities for people interested in working with clients with mental illness and or chemical dependency either in residential settings or out in the community. RADIAS Health employs Mental Health Professionals, Mental Health Practitioners, Nurses, Psychiatrists, and Mental Health Counselors as well as support staff and administration. We offer opportunities for those who are looking to enter the mental health field to gain experience for the first time as well as opportunities for seasoned mental health clinicians.

Company History

RADIAS Health, formerly South Metro Human Services, was established in 1987 and provides person-centered, culturally congruent, integrated primary care and behavioral health services to those individuals who are severely impaired with a mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The agency serves over 6,000 clients per year in the 7-county metro area and employs over 350 health care workers.
