The organisation provides a range of services including 24 hour telephone counselling, face-to-face counselling and family therapy, men & relationship programs, gambling help services and rural and remote specific programs. Lifeline Darling Downs and South West Qld Ltd works with Lifeline Community Care Qld, Lifeline National Ltd and the Uniting Church of Australia.

Lifeline Darling Downs and South West Qld Ltd has been providing counselling and support services to the Darling Downs and South West area of Qld for 30 years. Over the past 10 years our services to rural and remote communities have been increased with offices now based in Charleville, St. George and Dalby. As an organisation we have a strong commitment to social justice and providing accessible, professional services to all sectors of the community. Our professional staff are selected for their professional skills and commitment to maintaining a high standard of service. In return we have a commitment to providing a supportive, professional work environment with good access to professional development and supervision opportunities.
