Hope in Home provides compassionate, in-home counseling sessions in the comfort of patients' homes, through our network of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, during times of transition, loss, or crisis. We specialize in treating senior citizens who are referred to us through a network of primary care physicians, Assisted or Independent Living communities, Rehabilitation centers, in home care providers and the local community.
