Home On The Range is a licensed and COA accredited residential facility for boys and girls ages 12 through 18. We were started in 1950 by Father Elwood Cassedy in the Badlands of North Dakota. We are located on a 1,400 acre ranch and offer equine and canine assisted therapy for our youth. We also have addiction therapy, grief and loss therapy, cognitive restructuring and victims therapy. Our non-denominational spiritual program assists residents in maintaining or creating a spiritual relationship with God. Company History

Started in 1950 by a Catholic priest, Home On The Range has severed thousands of children and families or all denominations. We are licensed by the State of North Dakota and nationally accredited by COA.

Full-time employees are insured without a waiting period. Vacation and sick leave accrual are at the rate of 8 hours each per month (a total of 24 days for the first year). Employees may participate in a medical spending account and purchase disability insurance. Medical insurance is paid at 100% by employer whether it is single, single w/dependent or family insurance coverage. $25,000 life insurance policy paid by employer.
