Company Overview
We are a Medi-Cal supported Adult Day Health Care Program in Fresno, Ca. We accept participants from 18 to 100 years old with mental or physical difficulties. Our clients span a wide range of service needs including nursing, social services, dietary, socialization plus PT and OT.

Company History
Heritage was founded in 2001 with the purpose of serving the cross-section of the Fresno community. This means the use of 10 languages to meet the needs of this diverse area of California.
We moved to our new location in 2007 and increased our participants to nearly 200 per day average.
