Company Profile
Gateway Residential Programs
Company Overview
The mission of Gateway Residential Programs is to provide quality, relationship-based treatment, to youth in our program. Beyond this fundamental purpose we wish to instill in our residents’ respect and care for others, a belief that their lives can be productive and worthwhile, and future goals that are pro-social, crime-free, responsible, and attainable.
We firmly believe that through forming caring and supportive relationships with our residents, we are able to role model positive caring relationships, teach responsible behavior, foster trust, and create an environment that supports honesty, growth, and change.
While placed at Gateway residents will receive therapy grounded in current research and evidence guided principles, as well as real world lessons on appropriate boundaries and behavior through exposure to a myriad of social activities intended to expand the resident’s horizons. Exposure to diverse people and activities is a core value at Gateway.
We respect the individuality and diversity of our residents and aspire to teach them respect and appreciation of diverse people and interests.
