Company Overview
Employment & Community Options is non-profit organization that equips adults with developmental disabilities with necessary skills and knowledge to help them achieve their personal goals and optimum potential in life. Through our 100% community-based work model, we foster interactive participation with businesses and the general public rather than isolate program participants in a sheltered environment. Our profound community impact is evident in four counties throughout California including San Diego, Inland Empire, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz. Our efforts have been launched locally, but as our programs expand to a statewide scale, we realize we are part of something bigger.
Company History
Employment & Community Options started out in 1985 with one site serving a handful of participants. Now, over twenty years later, Employment & Community Options serves approximately 1,200 individuals with a staff of over 200.
