S.W.O.T. Analysis
Strengths
• Quality Staff: For years CBHS struggled with recruiting and retaining qualified staff in all departments. As the organization grew, these problems escalated. Today CBHS employs a staff of nearly 65 employees who are qualified to deliver the service they are hired to perform.
• Diversified Service Delivery: CBHS has diversified our service delivery to include not only essential outpatient treatment services but also Rural Substance Abuse Transitional Services. CBHS also endeavored into childcare services, but unfortunately fell short of revenue expectations and closed the program. Diversification can be touchy as we must ensure that we only diversify in areas that we have expertise, or can obtain readily that expertise. In addition, outreach services are provided throughout our geographic service area.
• Employee Involvement: CBHS engages all staff and Board into our strategic planning process and the employees help to guide our future.
• Community Perception: CBHS enjoys a great working relationship with most partners within all the communities we serve.
