The Charles B. Wang Community Health Center is a non-profit federally qualified health center and a nationally recognized leader in Asian American health issues. Our mission is to improve the health and health care of the communities we serve. In addition to primary care, we offer Mental Health, Nutrition, Health Education and Social Work services. The Health Center is a NCQA-certified level III Medical Home and uses the electronic health record to spur innovation and quality improvement.
