Banner Apartments is a fully integrated real estate operating company that focuses on acquisition, management and development of multi-family properties. Since our founding in 1989, Banner has acquired numerous multifamily properties in select Midwest, Southeast and Sunbelt markets.

Company History
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT was the original focus of Banner. As Banner Real Estate Group expands and adapts, Banner Property Management remains rooted in its initial mission of this resident-centric service.
Presently, Banner owns and manages 22 communities in 8 states totaling 5400 units. Banner’s communities range from luxury, mid-rise communities in emerging urban markets to a quaint garden property in a charming lake town. Banner hires and develops talented employees while providing homes to countless loyal residents. Banner adapts to the needs and expectations of its prospects while remaining committed to fair and responsible business practices.
In 2000, the principals of Banner formed Full Circle Communities, LLC, a 501(c)(3), to develop and manage affordable housing. Banner expanded from acquiring and managing rental apartment communities to also developing them. Banner has built senior and luxury mid-rise apartments that are managed in-house.
In 2013 Banner expanded into the self-storage development space. Banner’s goal is to construct “Class A”, climate controlled self-storage facilities in major metropolitan markets.
