Company Profile
Company Overview
Pathways Transition Programs provides a comprehensive array of assessment and therapy services for children, adolescents, adults and families. Our services are both therapeutic and psycho-educational, fostering and supporting change and growth through healing the wounds of trauma and life challenges, as well as training and skill development for enhancing coping and resilience. Most of our services occur in the home, in the school, or in the community as needed. We work in 18 different counties in Georgia providing services. We provide services to children and adolescents with state Medicaid, SSI Medicaid, CMO (Amerigroup, Peachstate, Wellcare), and Indigent. We work extensively with children and adolescents with histories of abuse, neglect, maltreatment, and instability in the home. In providing our services, we collaborate with children and families to help them learn to manage acting out behaviors, trauma related symptoms, attachment issues, as well as mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder (among other disorders). Our clinicians and staff work to collaborate with schools and other community partners to assist our clients and their families in accomplishing positive changes. For clients who prefer an in-office experience, we have 3 available offices: our main office is in Decatur, and a satellite office in Buford and Covington.
