Founded in 2002, Sanctuary Social Care is a specialist recruitment agency offering employment advice and ‘job hunting’ services to qualified Social Workers seeking rewarding permanent and locum positions.


Based in Ipswich, England, we have established contacts with Local Authorities throughout the UK. As Preferred Suppliers to several of the largest Authorities, we are the exclusive agents for many of the vacancies we advertise.


International Recruitment

We recruit internationally, with offices in Australia and South Africa. Overseas candidates are given full advice on the UK’s professional environment and legislation. We can arrange accommodation and flights and we will pay for you to register with the General Social Care Council.
