We are now hiring for a full-time Clinical Program Supervisor for Senior and Family Caregiver Program to join our DuPage team!
$1,500 Signing Bonus! ($500 on the first paycheck and $1,000 after completing six months of employment)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the programs including items related to service, community groups and personnel matters.
- Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of services. Keeps abreast of client service needs and participates in planning for them.
- Responsible for a partial caseload and provides direct services to individuals and their family members, including facilitation of groups, trainings and education events.
- Responsible for all personnel matters within program including hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, assigning, and terminating of staff. Identifies for manager, leadership potential of program staff.
- Writes program's annual and long range plans. Participates in developing unit's annual and long range plan.
- Recommends program budget to the Director.
- Assures appropriate integrations of multi-service, multi-disciplinary, and systems approach
- Develops and maintains contacts with community groups relating to program needs.
- Works collaboratively with community agencies, organizations, and institutions.
- Works collaboratively with other program supervisors in unit to carry out unit goals and look for other opportunities for program development.
- Key stakeholder in promoting and developing organizational culture and strategic integration among all staff and programs.
- Responsible for meeting funder expectations and deliverable targets. Develops the program in order to meet the funder expectations and meet the needs of the community.
- Works effectively with diverse staff and service population.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university, required.
- Five years post-masters clinical experience with increasing levels of responsibility, required.
- Employment with MFS requires proof of vaccination or an approved Medical exemption, required.
- Must have access to a vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of insurance to perform essential job functions, required.
- Must have an LCSW or LCPC, required.
- Other certification or licensure as required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- MFS staff are required to provide proof of vaccination or have an approved Medical exemption prior to starting employment. If an approved Medical is obtained, weekly testing is required.
